One more pro-card, more alphabet soup

I won my NGA pro-card this past Saturday in Parkland, Florida at the NGA Internationals. A great show with the most impressive female line-up of pro bodybuilders I have ever seen. Every one of them was gorgeous and sexy!

I met, who I'm calling, the "godfather" of natural bodybuilding, Andy Bostinto. He was around when Matt Shepley (OCF/IFPA) was only a glimmer in his father's eye and Steve Downs (INBF/WNBF) was still pooping his diapers. It's interesting to hear the perspective of someone who's been around. It's also disheartening to hear how some have taken all the credit for what they've been given by riding the coattails of those who've come before us. You never take care of what you are given as a gift compared to something you earn. And now we see the WNBF going to shit, full of politics and favorites, racism, lack of integrity, and lies. You reap what you sow.

Last show of the year is coming up. Then again, we all know what happened when I said that last time. I'm stepping over to the Dark Side: NPC. On November 18th in Palm Beach Gardens, FL at the NPC Florida Gold Cup to qualify for the Team Universe in an NPC "drug-free" show. See you there!
