It's a great time of year to be in Florida as hurricane season is here yet again!
Tropical Storm Alberto is on his way to the gulf coast and panhandle of the Sunshine state to give us a much needed soaking. The dry season is over so now the car smokers can go back to treating the earth like their personal ashtray and toss their butts out the car window without fear of starting a grassfire.

I started weight training in 1999 to lose weight and gain back my identity and self esteem. I changed my life by achieving inner strength while building physical strength. Seven years later, I've achieved great things through athletics in obstacle course and fitness competitions, and in spiritual and political studies. I have a very stable opinion on politics, an open mind to religious views that are educated. I'm quick to help those in need, but quicker to point out someone's stupidity.
