Free medical care for mothers/children cripples government of Burundi

Duh. Just look at what it's done to us having a welfare program like Medicaid. Imagine if we went full bore and went socialist.

"Public hospitals in Burundi have recorded double, sometimes triple, the number of patients since a presidential directive for free paediatric and maternal health services was implemented on 1 May.
